Came to Dresden with blabla car on friday from Prague.
Here was a Dixieland festival in the City so there was many live performances in many spots of the Altstadt part of Dresden.
Been playing in street. Near the main banhopf, and on some spots more into altstadt. There is one nice place into aracades with very good acoustiques so I don't have to be loud and it sounds and feels great to play there. I think it is at one of the entrances of the Arcade shopping centre at the big main square...
Money was good, some spots and timings better than other. Lime always you meet many strange people on street while you play. First day I just started and some two 40 something guys came and give me some more than usual amount of many and praise me and start giving me advices. They seemed like beeing drunk but  I guess they are usually this crazy. They work somewhere over there in the altstadt in tourism business something. So it was a good kick support for starters. Later for weekend I did not feel.much like playing but it all went very well and music went on in a good way. Met some drunk crazy guys, then some Dynamo Dresden football club carzy fans... lots of good compliments and support from some people. All in all pretty nice weekend here.

So, during the week - monday, tuesday - haven't been much in town, just chilling at the suburb of neustadt, used 3€ washing machine place - self service, quickly done, used hot sunny day to dry it all, it wasn't washed since I started my journey more then month ago. Now it's all clean and fresh to continue further.

I'm in Prague at the moment.
The weather is interchanging between sunny hot and rainy cold.
It is a huge City. Basking with guitar in the city is not bad concerning money and number od People on Street. It is best on weekend.
There is a big crowd of tourists from all over the world in the center of the city every day.

Just played on street for an hour.
Some guy from Indian restaurant offered me a job to play there for food and money. I'm thinking about whether taking it or not cause would like to leave for Germany.
No matter how great it sounds, if you don't feel it, sometimes it is good to say no. There is always chance for new opportunities in life.
But I was pretty much tired since yesterday still to discuss options and me gonna think on it first...

They got strange basking rules here in Prague. You can play only on even hours on one side of the river Vlpava and only on odd hours on the other side. And you can play only for one hour, not after 21 PM.
There is some areas, streets where you cannot play but still so me buskers do play there, mainly instrumental not very loud music. Me paid a ticket of 200 čk cause I played in wrong place where I was directed buy an advice from one city cop and another one did not beleive the story and gave me my first busking ticket. It is not much to pay but still it was shitty feeling of unfairness and stupidity cause police are usually nice and polite where ever I played arround Europe.

Prague has many parks and green areas. Much places to relax in nature and by the river side.
